These Terms of Use apply to your use of www.jeffreydavisfitness.com (the "Site"), which is operated by Jeffrey Davis Fitness LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida ("JDF," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Website Purpose and Permitted Use

The Site provides information about JDF coaching, the free 30FIT Jumpstart, the book The 30-Minute Fat Loss Formula and general fitness content. You may use the Site and its free resources for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please do not misuse the Site, interfere with how it works or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Educational Fitness and Nutrition Information

Articles, downloads, the 30FIT Jumpstart and other content on the Site are general educational information about exercise, nutrition and habits. They are not personalized to your health, history or circumstances.

3. Not Medical Advice

Jeffrey Davis is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach. He is not a physician, registered dietitian or other licensed healthcare provider, and nothing on the Site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always talk with your doctor or another qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication or have any concerns about your health. Do not ignore or delay professional medical advice because of something you read on the Site.

4. Exercise Risks and Individual Responsibility

Exercise and changes to your diet involve risk, including the risk of injury. If you choose to follow any workout, nutrition guidance or other information from the Site, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk. Use proper form, choose weights and intensity appropriate for you, and stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other warning signs.

5. Individual Results Vary

Results depend on many factors, including your starting point, consistency, nutrition, sleep, health and genetics. Client experiences and testimonials shared on the Site reflect those individuals’ own experiences. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site’s content, including text, images, logos, the 30FIT Jumpstart and reader resources, belongs to Jeffrey Davis Fitness LLC or is used with permission. You may download and print free resources for your personal use, but you may not copy, sell, republish or distribute them without our written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Amazon Associates

The Site links to third-party websites and services, such as Amazon, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Trainerize. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and their own terms and policies apply.

Jeffrey Davis Fitness LLC participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. This does not change the price you pay.

8. Trainerize and the Complimentary Reader Benefit

Readers of The 30-Minute Fat Loss Formula receive a complimentary 8-week program delivered through Trainerize, as described in the book. Trainerize is a third-party coaching platform, and its own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of it. These Terms do not limit or change the reader benefit described in the book.

9. Coaching Services

Submitting a coaching application does not create a coaching relationship or book a session. Any paid coaching is governed by the separate agreement, waivers or other documents provided at the time you start coaching. These website Terms do not replace those documents.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeffrey Davis Fitness LLC is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
