This Privacy Policy explains how Jeffrey Davis Fitness LLC ("JDF," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit www.jeffreydavisfitness.com (the "Site"), request our free resources, apply for coaching or otherwise contact us.
Who We Are
Jeffrey Davis Fitness LLC is a Florida limited liability company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, operated by coach Jeffrey Davis. We provide online fitness coaching, in-person coaching in Fort Lauderdale and fitness content, including the book The 30-Minute Fat Loss Formula. We are not a medical provider.

Information We Collect
Information you give us
- 30FIT Jumpstart requests: your first name and email address.
- Coaching applications: your first name, email address, the type of coaching you are interested in, your goals and any other details you choose to share. A phone number is optional.
- Messages: anything you include when you email us or otherwise contact us.
- Book reader benefit: if you claim the complimentary 8-week Trainerize program included with The 30-Minute Fat Loss Formula , the information needed to set up and deliver it, including your name, email address and training information.
Goals and training-related details are provided voluntarily. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, our website platform and analytics tools automatically collect information such as pages viewed, links clicked, files downloaded, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the Site. Some of this is collected using cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and Analytics below).
How We Use Information
- To send the resources you request, such as the 30FIT Jumpstart.
- To review and respond to coaching applications and inquiries.
- To provide coaching and the complimentary reader benefit, including through Trainerize.
- To send automated confirmation and response emails after you submit a form.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To protect the Site and comply with legal obligations.
Automated Emails
When you submit a form on the Site, you may receive an automated confirmation or response email. These emails are sent through our website and email service providers.
Trainerize
Trainerize is a third-party coaching platform. If you claim the complimentary 8-week reader benefit, or if we coach you using Trainerize, your name, email address and training information are entered into Trainerize so the program can be delivered. Trainerize handles that information under its own terms and privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.
Amazon Associates
JDF participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. When you click an Amazon link on the Site, Amazon may use cookies to record that the visit came from our Site. Purchases happen on Amazon, and Amazon’s privacy practices apply there. We do not receive your Amazon account or payment information.
Cookies and Analytics
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site and to measure how it is used. We use Google Analytics 4, which collects usage information through cookies and provides us with reports about Site activity. You can learn how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Our Google Analytics account is connected to a Google Ads account, and Google signals and Google’s personalized advertising features are currently turned on in our Google Analytics settings. This means Google may use cookies and other identifiers to measure visits and actions on the Site (such as form submissions and downloads), to connect that activity with the Google accounts of signed-in users who have allowed this, and for other advertising-related purposes such as measuring ad performance and building audiences, subject to Google’s settings and any consent requirements that apply where you live. Having these accounts connected does not mean we are currently running ads. We do not use Google AdSense or display third-party ads on the Site.
You can manage how Google personalizes ads for you at myadcenter.google.com.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.
How We Share Information
We share personal information only as needed to operate the Site and our coaching services, including with:
- our website platform and hosting providers, which process form submissions and send automated emails;
- Google, for website analytics and advertising-related measurement, as described in Cookies and Analytics;
- email service providers we use to communicate with you;
- Trainerize, as described above; and
- others when required by law, to protect our rights or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, such as responding to you, providing coaching or meeting legal obligations, and then delete it or keep it only as required.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you emails, by contacting jeffrey.davis.fitness@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law, and we will respond to requests as required by that law. Information held by Trainerize, Amazon or Google may also need to be managed through those services.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information, but no website, email or online service is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
The Site and our coaching are intended for adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it was last changed.
